Below you can find a table,I saw in weebly.com, about the changes from verb tense to verb tense. Have a look!

a) BE + Past Participle;

b) Firstly, identify the verb tense of the active sentence;

c) Build the sentence in the passive, writing the auxiliary verb to be in the same tense of the active sentence.

Examples:
                         Active Voice                                                Passive Voice

Pres. Simple: Joana drinks the chocolate milk.
Pres. Contin.: Madalena is drinking chocolate milk.

Present Perfect: Daniel has drunk chocolate milk.
Past Perfect: Afonso had drunk chocolate milk.
Present Perfect Continuous: it isn't used in the passive.
Future “will”: João will drink chocolate milk.

Should the chocolate milk be drunk by Inês?

 Why do we use the passive voice?

-Don’t know the agent’s identity
-Not important to mention the agent of the action
-Want to avoid the agent of the action. (journalism)
-Focus on the action

PASSIVE VOICE with 2 objects

Sometimes we have sentences where you have a "who" and a "what". For instance:

Vasco and Matilde bought a book for Inês yesterday.
book - what - direct object
Inês - who - indirect object

This means that you can build 2 Passive sentences!
One of them begins with the direct object and the other with the indirect object.

a) A book was bought for Inês yesterday.

b) Inês was given a book by Vasco and Matilde yesterday.
