The challenge was launched in a test. "Write a text where you give several advices on how to behave in a job interview". Here are some samples written by some students of the 11th grade:

Sample 1

Hello Lilibeth,
I'm writing to give you some advice on how you should behave in your first job interview.
First of all, you should do a little research about the company and the job you are applying to.
On the day of the interview, be punctual and do not forget to put away your chewing gum if your are eating one. You should carefully choose what to wear as you ca not wear everything you want in your first interview and if you want to make a good first impression.
Furthermore, do not put too much make up on, be natural, they will like it.
When you arrive at the interview put a nice smile on your face and give a quick and firm handshake to the interviewer, that you show confidence.
Meanwhile, sit correctly and put your hands on the table showing that you are not nervous. Try to make eye-contact but not too much as it can be uncomfortable. Listen carefully to the interviewer and answer politely and tell him/her about your skills however try not to speak too much.
In the end, you shouldn't not only ask if they are going to hire you,but you also shouldn't ask how much you would earn. Instead, ask when you will hear from them.
Thereafter, if you follow my advices you will be good.
Love,

Dear Lilibeth,
As you possibly know I am on of the most renowned interviewers at my company and since I like to help people I am writing you with the propose of helping you in your first interview.
Firstly, you should pay attention at your posture since you enter their building as they will monitorize every single step you give, every time you cough and so on. In order to give the best image possible when it comes to posture, you should sit straight without showing that can be both sloppy and way too relaxed while working.
Secondly, you need to concentrate in which clothes will you be wearing while in the interview. As common sense dictates you should neither wear sandals or summer-like clothes, nor too formal clothes for instance a gown. In addition you can also put some make up as well as some accessories.
Thirdly, gestures are one of the most important aspects in one interview. To begin with you should seem nor too confident but also happy to be there. Therefore you should give a firm handshake and gestures should be small so you do not end slapping your interviewer on his/her face :)
Finally, wage information, which obviously is one of the most appealing aspects in a job is NOT asked in the first interview. People who do it are marked as greedy and consequently do not get the job.
Hope everything goes alright and you get this job.
See you soon.

Dearest Lilibeth,

Hello! I hope you're doing splendid. I heard that you have gotten yourself a job interview! We've all been there, right? Without further ado, here are some tips that might come in handy.

Firstly, you should care about your posture, since it says a lot about you. Your back must be straight, yet not tense: don't be too relaxed, nor too stressed. After all, in spite of the interview's importance, you're qualified and confident (aren't you?)! It will be okay. Oh, keep your phone off.

Moreover... Let's talk about body language. Your handshakes should be quick and firm... beware the sweaty palms! Make eye contact with every interviewer, without staring... You don't want to come off as psychotic.

I have mentioned behaviour aspects... Nevertheless, clothes are important. Dress formal and don't show too much skin (cleavage, legs and toes).

Notwithstanding, you also should be careful with other matters: be punctual; thereafter, be self-confident and specific. Some people are allergic to certain perfumes, hence don't exaggerate.

I hope all of this helped you in any way. I'm looking forward to hearing from you - I want to know all the juicy details!

Kindly,

Student 3
