Use:
- Recently completed actions.

-Actions which happened somewhere the past. You don't know exactly when it happened.
"She has been to New York."
- Emphasis on the number of times something happened.
"He has won these competitions for the last three years."
Form:
have/ has + past participle
+ I have been in Paris since 2013.
- Sorry teacher, I haven't done the homework.
